Terms of Service
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Hyrise AI (“Hyrise”, “we”, “us”) for use of hyrise.ai, the Hyrise dashboard, embeddable chat, and related services. If you use Hyrise for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind that organisation.
The services are operated from Victoria, Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
This is a product agreement, not legal advice. Nothing here limits rights you cannot contract out of under the Australian Consumer Law.
The service
Hyrise is a control plane for service businesses. Depending on your package, it may include:
- Hosted or connected websites and a public marketing site for Hyrise
- Website chat, lead capture, and a conversations dashboard
- AI-drafted newsletters and blog/SEO content, including outlines, editing, and images
- Optional publish to a CMS you connect (for example WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify) and a public content API for sites you host yourself
- Optional read-only Google Search Console connection for search performance
- Team access to a shared organisation dashboard
Packages on our pricing page may also describe WhatsApp, voice, follow-ups, or payments. Those features are provided only when we have enabled them for you. We may change, limit, or withdraw features with reasonable notice where we can.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep access restricted to people you trust. You are responsible for activity under your organisation’s accounts. Tell us promptly if you think access was misused.
The public dashboard demo is a sample environment, not a completed client case study and not a production workspace for your business.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of your business content, knowledge, leads, and customer conversations. You grant Hyrise a licence to host, process, display, and transmit that material only to provide the service (including to our processors and to platforms you connect).
You confirm you have the rights to upload knowledge, personal information of leads, and any third-party material you ask us to publish. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
Approval before send or publish
We do not auto-send newsletters or auto-publish blog posts. Someone in your organisation must explicitly approve and, where required, click send or publish. You are responsible for reviewing AI drafts before they go out.
AI output
Drafts, chat replies, images, outlines, and suggestions are generated with automated tools. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You must check facts, prices, legal claims, and brand voice before use. Search rankings, traffic, and lead volume are not guaranteed.
Google Search Console
If you connect Google, you authorise Hyrise to access Search Console data on a read-only basis for the property you select, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have authority to grant that access. Disconnecting stops new access from Hyrise; Google may still hold historical data under Google’s terms.
Third-party platforms
CMS, Google, email inboxes, and similar tools are independent services. Their terms apply. If a connection fails, content may still be marked published in Hyrise (for example on our public API) while the external CMS shows an error — you should check the dashboard warnings.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the service except with our written OK
- Resell Hyrise or access another organisation’s data without permission
- Use Hyrise to spam, impersonate, or generate content you know is unlawful or harmful
- Bypass usage limits or security controls
Fees
Setup and monthly fees, and usage allowances, are as quoted or shown on our pricing page unless we agree otherwise in writing. Overage and heavy channel usage may be billed as described at the time. We will not charge card payments through Hyrise until that billing is enabled for you.
Confidentiality
Each party must keep the other’s non-public business information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to processors who need it to perform the service.
Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Hyrise is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and cannot be excluded, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited (at our option) to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.
For other claims, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Hyrise at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if fees are unpaid, or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. On termination we may delete or return organisation data in line with our Privacy Policy, after any period we reasonably need for backups or legal retention.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If a change is material we will try to notify dashboard users where practical.
Contact
Questions about these terms: hyrise.ai/book. Use the form and note that it is a legal or account enquiry. We will reply using the contact details you provide.
